Cardinal Dental is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with a passion for Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating them on treatment options, and helping transform smiles through Invisalign treatment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the doctor during Invisalign consultations and treatment appointments</li><li>Perform iTero digital scans and capture clinical photos</li><li>Educate patients on Invisalign treatment, expectations, and oral hygiene</li><li>Deliver and review aligners with patients</li><li>Place and remove attachments as permitted by state regulations</li><li>Assist with Invisalign refinements and case monitoring</li><li>Track case progress and ensure patients remain compliant with treatment</li><li>Coordinate Invisalign appointments and maintain treatment schedules</li><li>Present treatment recommendations and answer patient questions</li><li>Support practice Invisalign growth initiatives and patient follow-up</li><li>Accurately document treatment notes and patient communication</li><li>Maintain exceptional patient care and customer service</li></ul>Office hours are Monday - Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesday Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.Please submit your resume to apply we can't wait to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental assisting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
