Our practice utilizes Open Dental and Dental Intelligence practice management software. Proficiency in technology and a willingness to adapt and learn are essential qualities for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.</li><li>Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.</li><li>Facilitate smooth payment transactions and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Utilize practice management software to input and manage patient information effectively.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with patients and team members.</li><li>Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental coding preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in dental insurance is a must.</li><li>Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems and processes.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.</li><li>Must have 5+ years of dental front office experience.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Position: Dental Patient Coordinator</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week</li></ul>If you meet these qualifications and are eager to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to submit your resume.
