 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in design, animation, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong skills in motion design and animation using After Effects &amp; Premiere Pro.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to create engaging static graphics, motion graphics, and reels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with AI-powered design and video generation tools (Runway, Kaiber, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.) while also being comfortable with traditional design workflows.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and animated content
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Designing a mix of static and motion-based creatives for social media, marketing, and branding.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Creating AI-generated reels and short-form video content while also working on traditional motion graphics.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Developing brand assets, presentations, and UI visuals.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Editing and enhancing video content for various platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensuring a balance between AI-driven automation and hands-on design to maintain quality and creativity.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Staying updated on design and AI trends to incorporate innovative approaches.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
