In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain your property. This includes skills in both customer service and property maintenance.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for&hellip;.</b></p><p></p><p><b><br>
Customer Service:</b></p><ul><li>
Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5-Star service.</li><li>
Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.</li><li>
Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.</li><li>
Walking the property to perform lock checks and showing units to customers.</li><li>
Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.</li></ul><p><b>
Property Maintenance:</b></p><ul><li>
Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening, and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>
Maintaining facility which includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities.</li><li>
Keeping a clean and safe storage facility to ensure condition meets company guidelines (i.e., clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, and paving, fence, walls, doors)</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Floating Assistant Property Manager

This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.</i></b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Telecom Operations Analyst is responsible for managing all company-wide telecom MACDs, billing inquiries, and supporting key organizational initiatives. This role includes coordinating project-based rollouts, supporting site acquisitions and dispositions, and conducting provider audits and service transitions. Projects may involve vendor migrations, service upgrades, and billing optimization efforts. The Analyst plays a key role in standardizing telecom systems and processes under the direction of the Telecom Manager.</div><div></div><div><br>
In addition, this individual provides day-to-day operational support as needed, assisting the team across all aspects of telecom services and support.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>
Project assistance including regular communication of all company-wide telecom initiatives from conception to completion</li><li>
Supports onboarding/offboarding of voice and data connections including POTs, VoIP, SIP, broadband, fiber and mobile at all Company locations</li><li>
Serves as a technical point of contact for escalated telecom billing inquiries</li><li>
General to advanced knowledge of telecom cabling, networking, and connectivity</li><li>
Promotes valuable communication between internal teammates and vendors</li><li>
Primary responsibility of keeping telecom systems and assets documented and standardized</li><li>
Primary point of contact for all TEM related operational changes and ongoing maintenance</li><li>
Creates and maintains documentation of department processes and procedures</li><li>
Oversees maintenance of telecommunication services inventory database</li><li>
Assists in management of telecom vendor relationships and contracts</li><li>
Maintains open dialogue and relationships within IT and with other departments to ensure that optimal connectivity and system security is maintained</li><li>
On call availability as needed on a rotating schedule</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p><b>
Additional Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience performing MACD services from start to finish</li><li>
Knowledgeable configuring hosted VoIP systems &amp; SIP devices a plus</li><li>
Hands-on experience implementing telecom service changes</li><li>
Above average knowledge of MS Office suite</li></ul><p><b>

Minimum Required Qualifications (including Programs/systems experience)</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management, computer science, or other information systems related field or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Two to Three years of experience in a telecom MACD &amp; TEM billing environment</li><li>
Ideal candidate will be highly organized, task oriented, capable of managing multiple complex tasks.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of VoIP systems and SIP communications</li><li>
Strong problem solving and effective interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to pursue challenging issues with telecom providers ensuring timely resolution</li></ul><div>
