 Job Summary:
 
 
 This role will provide operations and maintenance for the P4-SAKITS Display/Debriefing Systems in accordance with the applicable technical documentation.
 
 
 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 Load programs for operation and test.
 
 
 Perform subsystem test to assess operational readiness.
 
 
 Load all pre-mission exercise data into the Data Transfer Device (DTD).
 
 
 Maintain a control log of DTD issue to and receipt from aircrews.
 
 
 Operate the graphics terminals during live exercises and assist with display and control operations.
 
 
 Provide technical assistance to RSAF or aircrews in setting up for replay/debriefing.
 
 
 Maintain and store records of mission tapes.
 
 
 Maintain a mission event log with specific, concise, and pertinent data entered under the following headings: date, time, mission/event, remarks, and operator.
 
 
 For mission replays, "mission replay" should be entered. Any system problems encountered during the aforementioned events shall be briefly described in the remarks column in sufficient detail to readily interpret the event. Any aircraft that does not track or function properly shall be noted and this information promptly passed to the P4-SAKITS pod shop for follow-up pod testing.
 
 
 File all filled log books into the technical library
 
 
 Ensure log books are readily available for on-site RSAF evaluations
 
 
 Interface directly with the RSAF regarding mission sortie effectiveness.
 
 
 Ensure reasons for partially successful or unsuccessful missions and the system's operating status/conditions will be noted for the record. This data is required for the monthly status reports.
 
 
 Generate exercise status printouts as required by the RSAF. When a hard copy printout is required, the operator shall activate the display to enable printing of the specified display(s).
 
 
 Perform additional operations duties as directed by the Site Supervisor
 
 
 Assist as required with P4-SAKITS F-15 operations and maintenance.
 
 
 Work as one team and support colleagues with their duties when required to ensure the successful provision of service to the customer
 
 
 Support the set-up of project equipment when required
 
 
 Comply with Cubic&rsquo;s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
 
 
 In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.

As Program Manager for the Southeast Region, you will steer the delivery of next-generation automated fare collection (AFC) and transit payment ecosystems for major public transit agencies, primarily across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This is not a standard IT rollout&mdash;you will manage highly visible, mission-critical infrastructure projects where complex software integration meets physical, real-world station and bus deployments.
You will lead cross-functional, global engineering, product, and supply chain teams to deliver robust, account-based ticketing and virtual card systems on time and within budget. Acting as the primary bridge between our technical architects and executive agency stakeholders, you will navigate evolving scope, demanding compliance frameworks, and high-stakes deployment schedules.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
End-to-End Program Delivery: Direct all lifecycle phases of complex system integration projects&mdash;from initial requirements gathering and design review through field testing, safety certification, and full revenue operations.</li><li>
Global Team Coordination: Synchronize workstreams across geographically distributed teams (including offshore software development, hardware manufacturing, and localized field engineering) to maintain a unified master schedule.</li><li>
Stakeholder &amp; Client Management: Serve as the trusted, single point of contact for regional transit agency leadership. Confidently manage expectations, facilitate progress reviews, and negotiate technical or operational scope changes.</li><li>
Financial &amp; Risk Governance: Maintain absolute fiscal oversight of programs exceeding $25M in value. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, supply chain bottlenecks, and deployment variances before they impact milestones.</li><li>
Subcontractor &amp; Vendor Oversight: Manage critical third-party vendors and field installers, ensuring strict adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and rigorous regional transit safety standards.</li></ul>
Position Requirements 
Ideal candidate must balance rigorous, structured program management and engineering methodologies with the political acumen required to manage public agency clients.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 6&ndash;8 years of progressive program management experience, specifically leading large-scale system integration projects within transit fare collection, electronic payments, tolling, or highly parallel mission-critical public infrastructure.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Methodologies &amp; Tools: Proven mastery of both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks. Deep proficiency with enterprise scheduling and tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).</li><li>
Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading matrixed, global teams across multiple time zones without direct line-reporting authority.</li><li>
Location &amp; Mobility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DMV region. Ability to travel frequently to local client sites and regional transit hubs for field alignment, compliance testing, and executive governance meetings.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
