Job Summary:</div><div></div><div>
Performs SAP data management functions for all aspects of contracts and other legal binding</div><div>
documents. Coordinates and submits deliverable data to the contracts&rsquo; representative. Provides SAP data entry skills for all contract, understands and reviews contractual data requirements and coordinates the submittal of data to the respective contracts lead. This position typically works under minimal supervision and direction.</div><div></div><div>
Support to the contract and project management teams in NAM, EMEA and APAC in respect of all administrative aspects of customer contract including correspondence management and tracking, contract repository management, project SharePoint data management, variation management, invoicing related support and close outs</div><div></div><div>
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Work with key stakeholders; primarily Program Managers and the Finance Department, to ensure:<ul><li>
All necessary master data is captured and set up in SAP</li><li>
Contract, statements of work and specifications are reviewed to determine data submission requirements.</li><li>
All relevant Contracts documentation is maintained on the applicable SAP Share Point site</li><li>
All SAP contracts re maintained with appropriate amendments for scope/price evolutions</li><li>
All invoices are generated in relation to SAP contracts at the required due date</li><li>
All Intercompany contracts are set up in SAP following receipt of an intercompany purchase order from another Cubic entity and are subsequently administered and maintained SAP related</li><li>
Ensures compliance with applicable export license statutes and regulations</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
Work, as applicable, with regionally based contract managers, other project personnel and accounts receivable to ensure</li><li>
Correspondence is logged, distributed and tracked for each contract</li><li>
Required contract management plans are tracked to completion</li><li>
Documentation on the Project SharePoint site and Contracts Repository are maintained to the required standards</li><li>
Preparation of data to support invoices.</li><li>
Support to Variation preparation is provided</li><li>
Internal and external audit requests are promptly responded to</li><li>
Certificates required to be provided to customers are prepared accurately and submitted on time</li><li>
Data development/preparation for submission to customers</li><li>
Project close outs are completed in accordance with Corporate Policy</li></ul><div></div><div>
Minimum Job Requirements:</div><div>
Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience.</div><div>
Must be familiar with necessary commercial and international terms and conditions. Must know how to use computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal (workstation) up to nine hours per day.</div><div>
Ability to perform tasks under work deadlines.</div><div>
Good reasoning, problem solving, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal direction, and effectively interface with technical employees, management, and customers.</div><div>
Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form in English.</div><div>

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</div><div>
This role involves assisting senior accountants with tasks such as data entry, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and processing transactions. They may also handle basic bookkeeping duties, maintain financial records, and help with tax filing and audits. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role. Additionally, a junior accountant may collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial information and compliance with regulations.</div><ul><li>
Perform all bank reconciliations including foreign currency accounts ensuring revaluation has been correctly calculated and reconciling differences are investigated on a timely basis.</li><li>
Initiate wire and ACH payments on local banking platforms for approval by EMEA Controller/EMEA Treasury Accountant/Accounting Manager.</li><li>
Posting of cash disbursements on a daily basis.</li><li>
Parking of journal entries.</li><li>
Raising of Finance-related PRs.</li><li>

Minimum Job Requirements:</div><div>
Four-year college degree in accounting plus a minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience and/or transactional accounting experience, preferably in a contracting and/or manufacturing environment. CPA certification or MBA preferred. Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel and Office) programs, SAP and Blackline. Ability to effectively interface with similar levels of personnel, management and external auditors. Good oral and written communication skills. Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, work under deadline stresses, work with a computer for an extended period of time, concentrate and stay focused. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required. Limited to travel including international.</div><div><br>

Job Summary: The Customer Service Trainer develops, maintains, and delivers all training and reference materials for all Cubic Contact Center staff. This role ensures all contact center and customer-facing staff are fully trained in content knowledge, technical systems, program requirements, soft skills, and software applications . Evaluates trainee performance and proficiency and provides feedback to support continuous improvement. Additionally, this position trains contact center leadership team on departmental supervisory functions, quality procedures, and program compliance. This position typically works under general supervision, while exercising discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.</div><div><br>
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Coordinate and participate in departmental needs-analysis activities to determine contact center staff skill levels and knowledge requirements for all customer service channels, such as calls, emails, and live chat.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and maintain customer service training curriculum and materials for operations transit programs contact centers.</div></li><li><div>
Produce all required training materials, including handouts, manuals, e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, knowledge assessments and using related equipment for all customer service channels.</div></li><li><div>
Train new and current contact center staff in departmental functions, fare program rules, contact center software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.</div></li><li><div>

Collaborate with management to create training plans for contact center staff, report on their progress, and recommend corrective action and procedural improvements when needed.</div></li><li><div>
Develop, coordinate, and evaluate training that is conducted by support staff members (OTJ) to ensure consistency, thoroughness, and alignment with training department.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with Quality Monitors to incorporate monitoring trends, customer complaints, and other feedback into refresher and soft skills training.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and administer tests and live skills assessments to measure trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness. Report these findings to departmental management.</div></li><li><div>
May be required to support or perform internal and external audits.</div></li><li><div>

Ability to apply a consultative approach towards coaching and delivering feedback.</div></li><li><div>
