The System Applications Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for enterprise applications and their underlying databases. This role ensures application availability, resolves incidents, and performs root cause analysis while managing databases such as Oracle, IBM Db2, and Microsoft SQL Server. The position also supports application servers like IBM WebSphere and BEA WebLogic, as well as cloud and ERP solutions including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics.</div><div></div><div>

Job Summary: As an HRPM, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in shaping Cubic India&rsquo;s people strategy as we continue to scale our Global Capability Center. 1. Strategic Program Liaison &amp; Execution</div><ul><li>
Act as the primary regional interface with HR COEs to ensure alignment and localization of global HR strategies.</li><li>

Lead the execution of HR initiatives in the region, including performance management, engagement, DEI, and talent reviews.</li></ul><div></div><div>

To monitor the day-to-day performance of Field engineering using statistical data, on the job quality assessments and through regular contact with the FRC, resource planners and technical support departments</li><li>
To investigate and repair ongoing faults on any equipment as contracted.</li><li>
Minimise repair times by managing and monitoring individual and team workload and output.</li><li>
