Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Dadar, Mumbai Company: Cubix Digital SolutionsAbout the Company: Cubix Digital Solutions is a fast-growing back-office and operations partner for Apex Jewellers Limited, a UK- and Ireland-based jewellery group that operates three leading retail brands &ndash; Diamond Heaven, Shining Diamonds, and Diamond Quarter &ndash; with 15 retail stores, 3 websites, and a total team of over 100 professionals across the UK, Ireland, and India.With offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad, Cubix supports end-to-end operations including order management, supplier coordination, logistics, and customer support for Apex Jewellers.Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Mumbai team. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that supports our UK &amp; Ireland teams by managing jewellery orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth daily operations from our India office.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle and process jewellery orders placed by the UK &amp; Ireland teams</li><li>Assign orders to suppliers and follow up regularly for production and delivery timelines</li><li>Liaise with suppliers for updates, clarifications, and issue resolution</li><li>Coordinate with sales team members to gather missing order details and provide status updates</li><li>Print jewellery certificates and prepare necessary export documentation</li><li>Maintain internal systems and dashboards for accurate order tracking</li><li>Support export and logistics coordination</li><li>Contribute to process improvement and team efficiency initiatives</li><li>Take ownership of daily tasks and collaborate closely with team members in India and overseas</li><li>Handle additional administrative or operational tasks as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)</li><li>Good computer proficiency, including Excel and document handling</li><li>Experience with ERP systems or order management software is a plus</li><li>Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred</li><li>Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Jewellery industry experience is an added advantage but not mandatory</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (on-site at Dadar office)</li><li>Saturday: Work from home</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
