The RoleCuisine And Travel is seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in the vibrant Al Haffa district of Salalah. This is a foundational role within our organization, responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle&mdash;from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and employee relations. We are looking for an HR professional who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and enjoys being &quot;on the floor&quot; supporting a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality and travel experiences.Core Responsibilities * End-to-End Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles, including hospitality staff, travel coordinators, and administrative support, ensuring a high standard of service-oriented talent.<ul><li>Onboarding &amp; Integration: Manage the welcoming process for all new hires, ensuring all legal documentation is in place and that staff are culturally and operationally integrated into the Al Haffa team.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits Admin: Coordinate monthly attendance and leave records, working with Finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements in compliance with GOSI.</li><li>Omanisation Compliance: Actively monitor and support nationalization targets, maintaining positive relationships with the Ministry of Labour and ensuring all local filings are up to date.</li><li>Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving minor grievances and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital and physical employee files, ensuring all labor cards, visas, and health certificates are current and compliant with Omani Law.</li></ul>Professional Profile * Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or retail sectors.<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of the Omani Labour Law and experience using the Ministry of Labour&rsquo;s digital portals.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, multicultural workforce.</li><li>Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this location and role.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>Package &amp; Benefits * Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR 1,200.<ul><li>Full company sponsorship and residency permit in Salalah.</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance.</li><li>Annual flight allowance and 30 days of annual leave.</li><li>A dynamic role in one of Salalah&rsquo;s most iconic and culturally significant areas.</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٢٠٠٫٠٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
