 Social Media and Graphic Design Executive
 
 will be responsible for curating, designing, and managing all visual content across our social media platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging campaigns, visually appealing graphics, and maintaining a strong brand presence online. You should have expertise in graphic design software, strong knowledge of social media platforms, and an eye for detail.  Responsibilities

 Social Media Strategy and Content Creation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging, original content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Graphic Design
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Design high-quality, visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, advertisements, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and enhance photos, videos, and digital assets for use across various channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Community Engagement and Growth
 
 :
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and engage with followers and online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improving reach and interaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Campaign Management

 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, promotions, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools to optimize future efforts.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
 </li>
