Job Summary Entry level position. We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and executive administrative support. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing office functions and facilitating communication across departments.Duties<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.</li><li>Support office management operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings.</li><li>Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.</li><li>Type and transcribe meeting notes, reports, and other documents as needed.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting.</li><li>Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred not required.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in data entry and managing office tasks efficiently.</li><li>Experience with event planning or coordination is beneficial.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>We encourage candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Administrative Coordinator.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hourWork Location: In person
