Key Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Safe operation of a Company vehicle in accordance with state and federal DOT laws.</li>
<li>Adherence to established safety procedures.</li>
<li>Completion of daily service orders promptly.</li>
<li>Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.</li>
<li>Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, effectively communicating equipment status and providing problem-solving solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in past due receivables collection.</li>
</ul>
Work Location:
<ul>
<li>Based at our Endicott, NY office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as required.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and back from work</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)</li>
<li>Please note, candidates offered a position must undergo a DOT physical (at the time of hire and every two years thereafter), a drug screen, and a background check in line with state and Federal laws.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of year of plumbing or maintenance is required</li>
<li>Face-to-face customer service</li>
<li>
Able to work Saturdays and evenings if needed
</li>
<li>Able to work a rotating on-call schedule 

</li>
</ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift over 100 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)</li>
<li>Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
