Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hour

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling service appointments</li>
<li>Provide in-person customer support and assist with service-related questions</li>
<li>Optimize service schedules and assign routes to ensure efficiency for field technicians</li>
<li>Set up an maintain customer accounts</li>
<li>Track service completion and collaborate with field teams to resolve scheduling conflicts</li>
<li>Process invoices, work orders, and discounts to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>
<li>Support field teams with real-time coordination and communication</li>
<li>Monitor daily call volumes and propose process improvements</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking for:
<ul>
<li>1+ years of customer service experience, route coordination or operations (preferred)</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field (preferred)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment</li>
