REGISTERED NURSE - FT 3 WEST- WEEKEND

<div>Job Summary:<ul><li>
Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.</li><li>
Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure if experience permits.</li><li>
Directly assist operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.</li><li>
Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.</li></ul>
Education:
 
Associate degree or higher in nursing from an accredited school of nursing and current license by Alabama Board of Nursing required. BSN degree preferred. Successful completion of basic life support - health care provider in all units.
Experience:
 
One year of experience preferred. Must pass medication test.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.</div>
