Rapidly growing dealership is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist . Must be efficient, professional, courteous, and uphold the highest levels of professional integrity.1 year of Automotive Receptionist experience preferredJOB DUTIES:<ul><li>Promptly, professionally, effectively and in a friendly manner, communicate with Customers, in-person and via telephone, to promote excellent Client relations and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintains consistent knowledge of Company structure, telephone system, the dealership and department operations. Keep current with staff changes, answers questions about the Company and provide callers with the pertinent information.</li><li>Follows establishment policies and procedures relevant to the assigned responsibilities</li><li>Effectively and efficiently maintain and update appointment calendars.</li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support and tidy and maintain the reception area while controlling inventory relevant to reception area.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS :<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.</li><li>Professional appearance and strong work ethic.</li><li>Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS :<ul><li>At least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in an Automotive business environment preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Pre-employment background check and drug test.</li><li>Must be willing to work as part of a team.</li><li>Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Culver City, CA 90230 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Culver City, CA 90230: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
