Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs:<ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, and electrical system checks.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>
Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize disruptions.</li></ul>
Carpentry and Painting:<ul><li>
Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.</li><li>
Patch and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to maintain or enhance the property's appearance.</li><li>
Install or repair flooring materials such as tiles, laminate, carpet, or hardwood.</li></ul>
Groundskeeping and Landscaping:<ul><li>
Maintain the property's exterior areas, including lawns, gardens, parking lots, and walkways.</li><li>
Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure curb appeal.</li><li>
Clear snow, ice, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and common areas during inclement weather.</li></ul>
Safety and Compliance:<ul><li>
Conduct regular inspections of property systems and equipment to identify safety hazards and potential code violations.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.</li><li>
Take appropriate measures to address safety concerns and maintain a safe working environment for tenants and staff.</li></ul>
Recordkeeping and Documentation:<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and materials used.</li><li>
Document inspections, safety checks, and maintenance schedules to track property condition and compliance.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with property management and other team members regarding maintenance needs and status updates.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field preferred.</li><li>
 Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade.</li><li>
 Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques.</li><li>
 Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance and repair work.</li><li>
 Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.</li><li>
 Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.</li><li>
 Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular business hours.</li></ul>
Compensation: Competitive salary with generous benefit package.

Schedule: 30 hours per week

Overtime: Responsibilities may involve Over-Time to meet the changing needs of the organization.
