We are currently looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our team onsite in the Nashville, TN area. In this role, you will be working on a large corporate campus project. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role with growth potential as we continue to grow our scheduling team!</div><div>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects.</li><li>
Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.</li><li>
Provide guidance on design issues, client concerns and code issues.</li><li>
Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.</li><li>
Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.</li><li>
Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.</li><li>
Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.</li><li>
Participate in design verifications and construction site walks.</li><li>
Support efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data.</li><li>
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.</li><li>
Perform forensic scheduling analysis.</li><li>
Overview clients&rsquo; schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration.</li><li>
Development of risk management plan, using crystal ball, PRA.</li><li>
Manage resource and cost loading of schedules.</li><li>
Contributes to and monitors scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling, escalating when appropriate.</li><li>
Provides mentorship to Scheduler I &amp; Scheduler II Team Members.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li><li>

Knowledge &amp; Skills Required:</div><ul><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).</li><li>
Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling.</li><li>
Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently.</li><li>
Experience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses.</li><li>
Knowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations.</li><li>
Experience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses.</li><li>
Knowledge of project document control.</li><li>
ability to provide forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules.</li><li>
Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.</li><li>
Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.</li><li>

Preferred Education and Experience:</div><div>
Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering</div><div>
Experience: 5-7 years exp in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer</div><div>
Preferred Certification: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS</div><div></div><div>

The salary range for this full-time role is $104,600.00-$139,466.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate&rsquo;s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.<div></div><div><i>
