Inventory Control &amp; Materials Specialist Needed</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>

This role involves hands-on material handling, accurate documentation, and close coordination with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a high-performance environment.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Record inventory movements in the WMS and other inventory systems, maintaining accurate, real-time stock levels.</li><li>
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts, reporting discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor.</li><li>
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and condition.</li><li>
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to move and store materials.</li><li>
Organize inventory to ensure materials are easily accessible for production and operational needs.</li><li>
Ensure materials, components, and finished goods are available to meet production schedules.</li><li>
Assist in moving materials to the appropriate warehouse and production areas to maintain workflow.</li><li>
Process inventory transactions, including stock adjustments, returns, and order fulfillment.</li><li>
Participate in audits to confirm inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>
Follow safety protocols for material handling and equipment use, maintaining an organized and hazard-free work environment.</li><li>
Generate inventory reports and assist the Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with administrative or operational tasks as needed.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><div><b>
Work Schedule:</b></div><ul><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday: 6:00 AM &ndash; 2:30 PM (subject to business needs)</li><li>
Occasional Saturdays as required</li><li>
During active projects, hours may shift to 6:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM, with some Saturdays<br>
</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Certification and experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.</li><li>
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or other inventory tracking systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for inventory reporting and documentation.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a record of maintaining or improving inventory accuracy.</li><li>
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>
Demonstrated initiative and teamwork; ability to support and guide peers in inventory or warehouse procedures.</li><li>
Comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed to support operational flow and team performance.</li></ul><div><b>
