Responsibilities

<li>Generate and follow up on sales leads</li>
<li>Conduct in-home consultations and present solutions</li>
<li>Prepare estimates and close sales</li>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly sales targets</li></ul> 


Qualifications

<li>Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li>
<li>Professional, customer-focused approach</li>
<li>EPA Certification (required)</li>
<li>Valid Arizona driver's license</li></ul>

<li>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions</li>
<li>Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers and team members</li>
<li>Complete and maintain accurate job documentation</li></ul> 


Qualifications

<li>Minimum 3 years HVAC experience (lead/supervisory preferred)</li>
<li>EPA Certification (required)</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li>
