Located in the vibrant Orange County airport area, we pride ourselves in a rich heritage that attracts clients beyond the typical scope of an intimate firm. As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing , financing options, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate disputes.Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models area a plus. Experience in Real Estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or work outs is also beneficial.In return we offer a competitive salary, bonus programs, training and employment benefits.
