<div><p>We are seeking a <b>Certified Project Interior Designer (or Project Interior Designer if not licensed)</b> to lead the design process for hospitality-focused projects across all phases. Based in our Las Vegas office, this role requires a strong design vision, technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams while delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions.</p>

</div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you will be doing:</b></h3><div><div><div>
<div><div><ul><li>Lead the interior design process for small to medium-scale hospitality and gaming projects across all phases, from concept through construction administration</li>
<li>Develop strong design concepts, 3D models, and compelling presentations for client reviews</li>
<li>Present design ideas to clients and serve as the primary liaison between the client and project team</li>
<li>Manage specifications and selection of finishes, lighting, and furniture, including FF&amp;E specifications and procurement coordination</li>
<li>Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure alignment with design intent</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams for technical and design integration</li>
<li>Apply regenerative and sustainable design approaches to enhance the built, social, and natural environments</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members through guidance, feedback, and thoughtful task delegation</li>
<li>Oversee preparation of accurate, code-compliant interior documentation that meets contract requirements</li>
<li>Participate in construction administration, including site visits and design verification</li>
<li>Support project pursuits by preparing proposal content and participating in client interviews</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the interiors resource library</li>
</ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What we look for:</b></h3><div><div><div>
<div><ul><li>Certified, registered, or licensed Interior Designer strongly preferred; Project Interior Designer title applies if not licensed</li>
<li>4-8 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within hospitality and gaming</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality design work, 3D modeling, and presentation capabilities</li>
<li>Proven experience with shop drawings, submittals, FF&amp;E specifications, and design documentation</li>
<li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with confidence presenting to groups</li>
<li>Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam</li>
<li>Strong capability in 3D modeling and visualization using tools such as Enscape and Lumion</li>
<li>Preferred experience with DesignSpec software for specification writing and review</li>
<li>Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes related to interior projects</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders</li>

<div>Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities. Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.</div>
