<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family Law Paralegal to support one attorney. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in a busy practice, including drafting legal documents, client interaction, and maintaining accurate records.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Draft pleadings, motions, settlement conference statements, trial statements, and child support documents.</li>
<li>Perform redaction of sensitive information in legal documents.</li>
<li>Interact professionally with clients, providing support and communication as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain organized and accurate case files and records.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the attorney and legal assistant to ensure smooth case management.</li>

<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse client base.</li>
<li>Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required.</li>
