</b></div><ul><li>Meet with homeowners and small businesses (in person and by phone), build trust, and guide them to the right solution.</li><li>
Conduct site surveys and design systems for wired and wireless alarm installations; recommend cameras and basic access control where appropriate.</li><li>
Create accurate scopes of work: device counts, materials, and realistic labor-hour estimates.</li><li>
Produce professional proposals and pricing using WeSuite quoting software.</li><li>
Manage follow-ups and pipeline diligently to close business; upselling add-ons (cameras, monitoring, smart features).</li><li>
Coordinate a clean handoff to operations and stay engaged through install for a great customer experience.</li><li>
Proactive network (builders, realtors, property managers, referrals) to generate additional opportunities</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Need:
</b></div><ul><li>High School or Equivalent.
</li><li>Experience <b>selling</b> residential/light commercial security systems or a strong technical background moving into sales.</li><li>
Working knowledge of <b>hardwired and wireless alarm systems</b>; ability to read floor plans and talk through device placement.</li><li>
Confidence <b>estimating</b> labor hours and materials, and writing clear, accurate scopes.</li><li>
Ability to build quotes in <b>WeSuite</b> (or similar quoting tools).</li><li>
Personable, professional communicator&mdash;comfortable face-to-face and on the phone; proven <b>upselling and consultative approach</b>.</li><li>
Attention to detail and strong follow-up habits.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (company vehicle provided).</li><li>
Experience with <b>IP/CCTV</b> <b>cameras</b> (NVRs, PoE) and <b>access control</b>. (desired but not required)</li><li>
Familiarity with alarm monitoring services and basic networking concepts. (desired but not required)</li></ul>
Pay Range: Starting from USD $65,000.00/Yr.</div>
