If you&rsquo;re a creative leader with the ability to inspire and lead a team, this is your opportunity to grow with us and help shape the future of our brand.As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cupbop, you&rsquo;ll lead our design efforts, manage intern or entry-level designers, and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our bold, fun brand identity across all platforms.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Lead the design and production of diverse digital and print marketing materials</li><li>Oversee the creation of Cupbop merchandise and store designs</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and creativity</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team on large-scale campaigns and events</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials</li><li>Drive innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of our brand&rsquo;s visual identity</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work</li><li>Proven experience in leading and managing a design team</li><li>Expertise in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Experience in app or web design is a plus</li><li>A passion for creativity, collaboration, and driving brand success</li></ul>We are looking for someone energetic and fun with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility!Benefits offered for full time employees including health/dental/vision insuranceJob Types: Full-timeTypical hours: 9:00am - 5:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
