We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Cashier to join our dynamic team. If you&rsquo;re passionate about building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other forms of communication.</li><li>Expand the company&rsquo;s reach by identifying and nurturing potential customers and forging strong relationships with them.</li><li>Research and analyze sales options to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the company and its current and future markets.</li><li>Gather market and customer insights to assist in price negotiations, delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements.</li><li>Support management by providing feedback on new products and promotions.</li><li>Consistently review personal performance and aim to exceed sales targets.</li><li>Accurately record and report sales activities to the sales department.</li><li>Provide solutions to clients&rsquo; challenges and recommend improvements for maximizing client satisfaction and company profitability.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Handle the packing of cake, pastries, and balloon orders as part of ensuring excellent service delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with Cake Decorators or Pastry Chefs to ensure order details are accurate and address any changes to the order as necessary.</li><li>Provide pricing for specific orders and inquiries related to events to support customers and finalize bookings.</li><li>Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.</li><li>Take on additional tasks assigned by the manager related to the sales process and contribute to the improvement of company operations.</li><li>Coordinate with Drivers and ensure delivery process are met.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, Confectionery experience is a plus but not required.</li><li>Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Salary: Starting from QAR 2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.Join Us: If you&rsquo;re ready to bring energy, dedication, and expertise to our sales team, apply now!
