 Our Energy Group at CEI builds projects from the field to the grid. Whether it&rsquo;s a solar, battery storage, substation, EV charging, microgrid or converter station project, our skilled project managers, engineers and field employees deliver when it matters most. We work with customers on programs of all sizes&mdash;those spanning several smaller sites or spanning several thousand acres.  About The Role
 
 
 
 The Project Administrative Assistant at Cupertino Electric provides daily support to Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. This role is vital in ensuring information flow between office, field, vendors, and general contractors.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the team that may consist of Senior Project Manager's, Project Managers, APM&rsquo;s and Project Engineers including information flow between office, field, vendors and general contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination of job start and job close
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract routing
 </li>
 <li>
 Data entry for weekly field employee hours, processing of material to purchasing agent
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with personnel to assist in data entry for job tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update job files, controlled forms/logs
 </li>
 <li>
 Order drawings for field/office personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Phones, copying, scanning and shipping
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 About You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Critical reasoning
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Oracle, JD Edwards are highly desirable
 
 
 </li>

 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify.
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 High School Diploma or GED required.
 
 
 
 Licensure/Certifications:
 
 None required.
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Two (2) years of administrative experience required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent research, market mapping, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for top of funnel sourcing efforts including, but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidates and documentation through Jobvite ATS
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and business leaders and conduct in-take calls to understand their hiring needs. (move to second bullet point)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, evangelizing Cupertino Electric externally
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay apprised of industry trends including Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide various support and cross-functional collaboration on projects at the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional assignments relative to talent acquisition as deemed necessary by business needs.

 About You
 
 
 
 You have the ability to flourish in a setting that may include ambiguity and shifting focus. You bring effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a positive, resilient approach. You&rsquo;re a believer in client customer-facing support while demonstrating active learning with a growth mindset. You have excellent planning and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. You are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite being a plus. You possess strong research skills and are familiar with Boolean search techniques. You have experience using ATS and sourcing tools. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and work independently. Above all, you have a passion for talent acquisition and delivering a great candidate experience.
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
 
 
 
 
 Education:

 Experience
 
 : 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment in the construction industry.
