 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Logistics Coordinator
 
 who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and building strong relationships. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support customer shipments by building orders, coordinating vendors, tracking freight, and keeping everyone informed along the way.
 
 
 If you&rsquo;re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to person who helps things run smoothly, this could be a great fit.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a main point of contact for vendors, handling calls and emails professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage customer orders using our web-based logistics platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate truck dispatching, scheduling, and appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Help strengthen our vendor network by sourcing new partners and negotiating rates
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately enter and maintain shipment and load data
 </li>
 <li>
 Support billing and accounting processes as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and teammates
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with data entry or computer-based systems
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to drayage, ports, or container shipping is a bonus&mdash;but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
