<div><div><b>Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker)</b></div>
<div><div><b>CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Dublin, OH. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (20 hours a week). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.</b></div>

Primary Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)</li>
<li>Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees</li>
<li>Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions</li>
<li>Provides Management Consultations</li>
<li>Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response</li>
<li>Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities</li>
<li>Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction</li>
</ul><div>Required/Minimum Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)</li>
<li>Post-Graduate Clinical Experience</li>
<li>Current Independent State License to Practice</li>
<li>Current Malpractice Insurance</li>
<li>Fundamental Understanding of MS Office</li>
<li>Experience in Work-Related Issues</li>
<li>EAP Experience Preferred</li>
<li>Experience in trauma</li>
<li>CEAP a Plus</li>
