Primary Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and Help the Team Plan, Deliver, and Continuously Improve Sprint Execution</li>
<li>Support Cross-Functional Scrum Teams Aligned to Specific Product Areas, Ensuring Strong Collaboration Between Product, Engineering, and Design While Serving as Scrum Master for Engineering Team Members</li>
<li>Remove Blockers and Manage Dependencies so the Team Can Maintain Focus and Delivery Momentum</li>
<li>Foster a Collaborative, High-Trust Environment that Encourages Open Communication, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement</li>
<li>Coach Team Members on Agile Principles and Help Teams Evolve their Ways of Working to Improve Quality, Speed, and Predictability</li>
<li>Monitor Delivery Progress, Identify Risks Early, and Help Teams Adapt to Maintain Healthy and Sustainable Delivery</li>
<li>Support the Integration of AI Agents and AI-Assisted Development Tools</li>
<li>Communicate Clearly with Stakeholders to Ensure Transparency Around Priorities, Progress, and Outcomes</li>
</ul><div>Required/Minimum Qualifications
</div><ul><li>Proven Experience as a Scrum Master or in a Similar Agile Role</li>
<li>Strong Understanding of Scrum Principles, Values, and Practices</li>
<li>Experience Working with Cross-Functional Product and Engineering Teams</li>
<li>Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Interpersonal Skills</li>
<li>Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Team Members and Stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills</li>
<li>Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Larger Organization</li>
<li>Interest in Modern Development Practices, Automation, and Emerging AI-Enabled Engineering Workflows</li>
<li>Passion for Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement</li>

<div><div><b>CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Dublin, OH. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (20 hours a week). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.</b></div>

<li>Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response</li>
<li>Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities</li>
<li>Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction</li>
</ul><div>Required/Minimum Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)</li>
<li>Post-Graduate Clinical Experience</li>
<li>Current Independent State License to Practice</li>
<li>Current Malpractice Insurance</li>
<li>Fundamental Understanding of MS Office</li>
<li>Experience in Work-Related Issues</li>
<li>EAP Experience Preferred</li>
<li>Experience in trauma</li>
<li>CEAP a Plus</li>
