Associate Account Executive
Type of Work: Full-Time, Field-Based 
Location: Brooklyn, NY 
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 
The candidate must have reliable transportation and must be able to travel 100% of the time throughout their designated region.

Who You Are:

As a Wholesale Associate Account Executive, you will be an integral part of Curaleaf's Wholesale Team. You will be responsible for building relationships with Dispensary Staff, educating them on Curaleaf products, gathering field intel, conducting store audits, promoting, marketing, selling, and managing Curaleaf brands and products to existing and potential licensed dispensary customers within the assigned territory. You will also identify opportunities within each account and ensure our products are represented in the best way possible.

You will multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and efficiently, and be self-motivated, thoughtful, and adaptable to change as needed. We seek contagious enthusiasm!

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Build Rapport with the dispensary influencers to drive business at all levels, customer sizes, and types</li>
<li>Educate store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events</li>
<li>Position and merchandise our products in a visually appealing manner</li>
<li>Work closely with Account Executives and State Leads &ndash; you will be their eyes and ears in the field</li>
<li>Collect store audits and activation data</li>
<li>Submit recaps, detailing on-site sales, consumer feedback, competitive intel, etc. to the sales team</li>
<li>Schedule and set up in-store and community appointments and activations</li>
<li>Attend events and trade shows</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry</li>

<li>You are self-motivated and self-sufficient, you thrive in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>You are tech savvy, able to operate Microsoft Office, computers, spreadsheets, and mobile devices</li>
<li>You have open availability and flexibility to work late afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>You have some experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or territory manager</li>

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple development teams in delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum professional with extensive experience working across various teams, especially in environments involving system integrations and migration initiatives.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams.</li>
<li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies&mdash;daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>
<li>Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and actionable product backlogs.</li>
<li>Remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure teams are working effectively toward sprint goals.</li>
<li>Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum values, and collaborative best practices.</li>
<li>Coordinate dependencies and communication across various development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.</li>
<li>Support technical initiatives including integrations, data migrations, and cross-team delivery efforts.</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team performance) to drive improvement.</li>
<li>Foster strong communication, transparency, and trust across all teams involved.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Bring:
<ul>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development environments.</li>
<li>Experience working with multiple development teams across different technologies.</li>
<li>Strong experience supporting system integrations and migration projects.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and Agile workflows.</li>
<li>Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered</li>
<li>Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.</li>
<li>Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts.</li>
<li>Experience in enterprise-level or multi-team Agile environments.</li>
