We are located in downtown White Plains and serve clients across Westchester County, the five boroughs of New York City, Rockland County, and Putnam County.Your Role:You will play a crucial role in helping Curan &amp; Ahlers improve the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from opening to resolution.</li><li>Assisting with all aspects of trial preparation including depositions, court conferences, motions, and hearings.</li><li>Engaging directly with clients to keep them informed and ensure we are providing as much assistance to them as possible.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>For attorneys with 2+ years of experience, a base salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Exceptional new attorneys with less than 2 years of experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis at a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000.</li><li>Opportunities for additional compensation through bonuses of &#8531; of attorney&rsquo;s fee for cases referred to the firm.</li><li>Hybrid model - we believe in the value of working together in person, but allow attorney&rsquo;s to work on a 4 day&rsquo;s in office 1 day remote hybrid schedule. We will consider 3 days in office, 2 days remote for exceptional candidates.</li><li>Employer contribution towards health insurance premium.</li><li>Potential for future partnership opportunities. This is a small firm, and we don&rsquo;t need unnecessary bureaucracy and formality.</li><li>We welcome input.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.</li><li>A minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks and drive cases towards resolution.</li><li>Passionate client advocate.</li><li>A willingness to learn and adapt.</li><li>Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office 365.
