 living with her daughter and son-in-law in York, PA.
 
 
 This position is ideal for a caregiver who
 
 enjoys companionship-based care
 
 and has experience supporting clients living with
 
 dementia

 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 This role focuses primarily on
 
 companionship and supportive care
 
 , including:
 
 
 <ul>

 Friendly companionship and engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Gentle redirection and dementia support
 </li>
 <li>
 Light meal preparation when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Medication reminders
 </li>
 <li>
 Light housekeeping
 </li>
 <li>
 Encouraging positive conversation and activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting daily comfort and routine
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Ideal Candidate
 
 
 The right caregiver for this client will be:

 <li>
 Dependable and punctual
 </li>
 </ul>

 <li>
 Patient and experienced with dementia care
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Warm, positive, and engaging
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a family home environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to keep the client mentally engaged and socially active
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Senior Companion
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior dementia care experience strongly preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Cell phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate clearly in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean driving record
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear criminal background (statewide &amp; FBI checks required)
