Job Overview:</b><br>
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems, with hands-on experience managing user accounts and permissions through the Google Admin Console and Microsoft Entra ID/Intune. Familiarity with SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is essential, along with proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including printers and conferencing technologies. The Help Desk Technician will provide first-line support to end users, resolve technical issues, and assist with user provisioning, device enrollment, and account management. This role also involves handling IT equipment shipments and requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Technical Support: Provide efficient and effective first-line support for Windows and MacOS, addressing software, hardware, and network issues reported by end users.</li><li>
SaaS Applications: Troubleshoot and support our SaaS application portfolio, including Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring smooth operation and user assistance.</li><li>
Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware such as printers, computers, peripherals, and conferencing technologies to maintain operational efficiency.</li><li>
User Provisioning: Assist with user account creation, modification, and deactivation across various systems, ensuring proper access and permissions. This includes preparing IT equipment, coordinating shipments, and collecting equipment from deactivated employees.</li><li>
Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage support requests using Jira Service Management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring hardware is tracked and managed effectively.</li><li>
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiriesand issues with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, to aid in knowledge sharing and process improvement.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to team goals and projects.</li><li>
On-Call Hours: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary, ensuring uninterrupted IT services and timely resolution of critical issues outside of regular business hours.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an IT support role or related field.</li><li>
Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Office applications, Zoom, Slack, and other SaaS applications.</li><li>
Experience with hardware support, including printers and conferencing equipment.</li><li>
Hands-on experience supporting both MacOS and Windows endpoints.</li><li>
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, especially Microsoft InTune, and BYOD programs.</li></ul></li><li>
User Provisioning: Familiarity with user account management and provisioning processes, including preparing IT equipment, coordinating shipments, and collecting equipment from deactivated employees.</li><li>
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical users.</li><li>
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.</li><li>
Travel: No more than 25% locally and no more than 10% nationally.</li></ul><p><b>
Education:</b></p><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or<br>

SUMMARY</b><br>
Leads and oversees all pharmacy operations for a payer-owned, mail-order pharmacy serving internal health plan members. Responsible for strategic direction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational execution of pharmacy services. Ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective medication distribution while aligning pharmacy operations with overall health plan objectives, including total cost of care reduction, adherence improvement, and member experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><br>

Provides strategic leadership and oversight of all pharmacy operations, including dispensing, clinical services, logistics, and patient support programs.</li><li>
Develops and implements pharmacy strategies that align with organizational goals, including cost containment, adherence improvement, and optimization of in-house dispensing versus external pharmacy utilization.</li><li>
Oversees financial performance of the pharmacy, including cost of goods sold (COGS), reimbursement, margin optimization, and vendor/wholesaler relationships.</li><li>
Leads inventory management strategy, including purchasing, formulary alignment, and optimization of drug acquisition channels.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, including DEA, Board of Pharmacy requirements, and mail-order pharmacy standards.</li><li>
Maintains and oversees all non-resident pharmacy licenses, including proactively applying for licensure in new states to support organizational expansion, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all multi-state regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Develops, implements, and maintains pharmacy policies, procedures, and SOPs to support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational consistency.</li><li>
Oversees quality assurance and performance improvement programs, including medication safety, error prevention, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborates with internal stakeholders including medical management, prior authorization teams, and PBM functions to optimize medication utilization and member outcomes</li><li>
Supports the development and execution of clinical programs in collaboration with the health plan to improve patient outcomes and reduce total cost of care.</li><li>
Evaluates and implements operational enhancements, including automation, central fill models, and technology integrations with pharmacy systems.</li><li>
Oversees specialty pharmacy operations and limited distribution drug access strategies, including manufacturer relationships and program participation.</li><li>
Ensures appropriate handling and dispensing of specialty and high-risk medications, including REMS program compliance.</li><li>
Provides oversight of contract pharmacy relationships, vendor partnerships, and third-party service providers as applicable.</li><li>
Leads, mentors, and develops pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns; oversees training programs including APPE student rotations.</li><li>
Serves as a preceptor for health plan residents during dispensing rotations, providing training, oversight, and performance evaluation.</li><li>
Provides pharmacist staffing coverage as needed to support business continuity, including coverage for planned and unplanned absences, vacations, and workload fluctuations.</li><li>
Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, cost savings, adherence, and patient outcomes.</li><li>
Represents the pharmacy function in cross-functional leadership discussions and contributes to broader organizational strategy.</li><li>
Work adhering to US regulatory and Quality System requirements (21 CFR 820, etc).</li><li>

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</b></div><br>

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.</li><li>
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive pharmacy experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.</li><li>
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced business degree preferred.</li><li>
Experience in managed care, mail-order, specialty pharmacy, or payer-owned pharmacy operations strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with financial management, pharmacy operations strategy, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, quality programs, and operational workflows.</li><li>
Experience working with pharmacy technology systems and data analytics tools.</li></ul><p><b>
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Current and active Pharmacist Licensure issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy.</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain pharmacist licensure in multiple states as required.</li></ul><p><b>
