We are looking for an Operations Manager who understands both the business of running a gallery and the soul of creative expression.About the RoleYou will be the backbone of our exhibitions. From managing the day-to-day operations of the gallery to ensuring exhibitors, curators, and visitors have a seamless experience &mdash; you&rsquo;ll make sure everything runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who not only loves fashion but also understands its language, culture, and energy.Job Profile &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Gallery Operations</li><li>Open and close the gallery on schedule.</li><li>Maintain the gallery space, ensuring it&rsquo;s always ready to inspire.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Management</li><li>Work closely with exhibitors, curators, and designers for smooth exhibition flow.</li><li>Ensure proper scheduling and booking of the gallery for upcoming exhibitions.</li><li>Handle logistics of setup and dismantling.</li><li>Creative &amp; Digital Support</li><li>Basic social media management &mdash; creating and posting updates.</li><li>Knowledge of reel making, editing, and content creation for exhibitions.</li><li>Support marketing team in promoting ongoing/upcoming shows.</li><li>Visitor &amp; Client Experience</li><li>Ensure a welcoming, stylish, and professional environment for visitors, buyers, and collaborators.</li><li>Manage inquiries and provide assistance during exhibitions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualities We Value<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Great communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media trends &amp; content creation.</li><li>Passionate about fashion, exhibitions, and creative culture.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage events under tight timelines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A chance to be part of a fashion-forward exhibition space.</li><li>Work directly with designers, curators, and emerging artists.</li><li>A creative, inspiring environment with growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
