Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or during catering events.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.</li><li>Experience working in restaurants, nightclubs, or catering environments is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, particularly Toast POS, is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Join us as we create an inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy expertly crafted beverages!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $5.00 per hourWork Location: In person
