We approach every project with the mindset of a partner, not just a contractor.We&rsquo;re adding a Procurement and Warehouse Specialist to our team to help keep materials, tools, and equipment moving where they&rsquo;re needed most. This role supports purchasing, inventory, and field operations while helping our project teams stay organized and efficient. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running right, this could be the perfect fit.Your Role and Responsibilities: Warehouse and Field Support<ul><li>Receive, label, and organize materials in the shop.</li><li>Maintain clean and accurate inventory.</li><li>Coordinate material flow between warehouse, prefab, and field based on project schedules.</li><li>Help improve inventory systems and processes.</li></ul>Purchasing and Material Management<ul><li>Compare supplier quotes and verify orders and invoices.</li><li>Track pricing on common electrical materials, including wire, conduit, devices, panels, lighting, and gear.</li><li>Schedule deliveries and work with vendors and job sites to resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Keep purchasing records and documentation current and accurate.</li></ul>Fleet, Tools, and Equipment<ul><li>Maintain vehicle assignments and service schedules.</li><li>Track tool distribution and returns.</li><li>Coordinate calibration, repairs, and replacements.</li><li>Replenish consumables, PPE, and shop supplies.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed:<ul><li>Two or more years of experience in construction, electrical contracting, or operations coordination.</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical components and systems such as panels, conductors, conduit types, fittings, gear, and lighting.</li><li>Familiarity with prefab or shop workflows is preferred.</li><li>Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with basic ERP or purchasing system experience.</li><li>Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul>The Benefits of Joining Our Team:<ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>Short-term disability</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Employee referral incentives and anniversary recognition</li><li>Company events and team activities</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your resume to office@currentelectricalservices.com with the subject line &ldquo;Procurement and Warehouse Specialist.&rdquo;We&rsquo;re reviewing applications as they come in and will keep the position open until we find the right fit.Start date is flexible, but we are eager to have the right candidate join our team as soon as possible.To learn more about Current Electrical Services, please visit our website at CurrentElectricalServices.com.Current Electrical Services is an equal opportunity employer.
