We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Motor Field Service Technician to install, inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical motors and related equipment at customer sites. The technician will work on various types of AC and DC motors used in industrial and commercial applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.<ul><li>Perform on-site installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of electric motors.</li><li>Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble motors according to technical standards.</li><li>Diagnose motor faults such as winding issues, bearing failures, alignment problems, and vibration issues.</li><li>Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.</li><li>Conduct testing using tools like multimeters, insulation testers (megger), and vibration meters.</li><li>Replace damaged components including bearings, shafts, couplings, and seals.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment, balancing, and lubrication of motors.</li><li>Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each job.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and company quality standards at all times.</li><li>Coordinate with customers and provide technical explanations when require</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
