 The Role:
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director
 
 to join our team as we expand Curri&rsquo;s enterprise footprint into
 
 medical and healthcare organizations
 
 . In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing
 
 national enterprise accounts
 
 , many of which are
 
 $2B+ in annual revenue
 
 with locations distributed across the United States. You will develop and own
 
 consultative, corporate-level relationships
 
 (C-suite, VP, Director) while also working closely with
 
 regional, facility, and logistics leaders
 
 to identify where Curri&rsquo;s last-mile delivery and technology solutions can solve critical operational challenges. This role requires success with both
 
 top-down and bottom-up sales strategies
 
 , strong executive presence, and the ability to align internal stakeholders to accelerate growth across your book of business.
 
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be the leading expert on your accounts within Curri. Often, the Enterprise Sales Director will know as much about their accounts as the customer&rsquo;s own internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build deep, consultative relationships with enterprise contacts, with a &ldquo;customer for life&rdquo; mentality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify where Curri&rsquo;s suite of delivery and software solutions best meets customer needs and clearly model high-ROI logistics solutions, particularly for time-sensitive, high-impact deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish Curri as the default expert and go-to partner for last-mile delivery challenges across construction, industrial, and emerging medical use cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate strong relationships between Curri teams and key contacts across enterprise accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and scale the best enterprise sales approach across the organization, supporting Account Executives and Account Management teams on location-by-location and facility-level growth initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach internal resources to drive enterprise accounts through different stages of maturity and expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and implement strategies for account growth, leveraging partnerships and resources across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide direct feedback to Curri&rsquo;s Engineering and Operations teams to help evolve our logistics and technology offerings to meet enterprise customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospect and source new Enterprise Accounts across assigned verticals, including healthcare, medical distribution, and adjacent industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend select industry trade shows to develop new enterprise opportunities and vertical expertise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be willing to travel to clients at least once per month.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What you need to have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of accounts and proactively manage and grow them
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing high-profile enterprise accounts while building and forecasting revenue growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive, positive manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Openness to feedback and the ability to quickly adjust and apply recommendations
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with remote selling tools and experience conducting both remote and in-person meetings with corporate-level stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to synthesize data and trends into clear internal and external presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing RFPs/RFQs
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry experience in logistics, distribution, building materials, healthcare, or medical supply chains is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work cross-functionally to align strategy and secure resources when needed

Enterprise Sales Director, Medical and Healthcare

 The role:
 
 
 
 Curri is seeking candidates for a Claims Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance Department. This role reports to the Manager, Operational Risk &amp; Insurance and is fully remote or can be based at Curri HQ in Ventura, CA.
 
 
 The Claims Specialist plays a key role in administering transportation-related claims from initial notice through resolution. This position is responsible for investigating incidents submitted by both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring timely, accurate, and fair outcomes. The role requires regular interaction with peers, customers, carrier owners, drivers, and third parties to gather information and communicate claim status. A strong focus is placed on mitigating claim expenses through proactive investigation while adhering to company policies and expectations. Key metrics that will form the basis for evaluating performance in this role will be based on customer experience and satisfaction and the financial value of claims that are mitigated or recovered. The Claims Specialist also supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends and opportunities to reduce future losses.
 
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive, review, and investigate all incidents reported to the department including cargo damage or loss, third party property damage or loss, driver vehicle damage, paint spills, or driver injury.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather necessary statements, documentation, and evidence from customers, drivers, and third parties to determine next steps and the appropriate outcome for all parties involved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate coverage, determine liability, and recommend appropriate claim resolutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control claim costs by verifying documentation, identifying opportunities to recover claim expenses, and submitting claims to insurance carriers whenever possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date and organized claim files in accordance with established processes to ensure accurate reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist department with enrollment and maintenance of Curri&rsquo;s Loss Waiver Program designed to offset claim related losses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support department projects and initiatives as needed.

 What you need to have:

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing facts, documentation, and claim details
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to professionally de-escalate hostile or high-stress situations with customers and drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort communicating frequently with customers during sensitive or complex claim scenarios
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and understand how claims impact broader transportation and operations teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of the transportation industry, including cargo handling and logistics processes (strongly preferred)
