 Senior Planner

 . The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage the master programme for the project
 </li>
 <li>
 Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive management of contractor&rsquo;s programme
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed reviews of contractor programme
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the planning and project controls works for conformance with project procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process for the project
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare baseline programme
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans (when applicable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and finalizing weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and &lsquo;what if&rsquo; scenarios to aid project management decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and analyze contractors&rsquo; claims and prepare recommendations reports
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Skills, experience &amp; qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have considerable pre-contract and post-contract experience on major projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience of large buildings projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Primavera certification and working experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with 4D BIM
 </li>

Senior Planner

 Currie &amp; Brown are currently looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, KSA working on a large scale / mixed use project.
 
 
 
 
 
 The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will you be doing?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish master copy storage and database for all documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Log and file communications, update drawing and document status record and generate reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and coordinate staff leave schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine project specific documents, including drawings and specifications to verify information provided by consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate update of all sources of information
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What do you need?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have document control experience using an EDMS systems such as ACONEX
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and oral communications skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have excellent time management skills and be able to priorities and multi task.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident formatting documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
 </li>
