 Currie &amp; Brown is looking for a Senior Project Manager with high-end hospitality new build project experience to join our Project Management team working in Dubai. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be managing project stakeholders and provide leadership to the project team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will you be doing?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for project definition and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control mechanisms to assure effective delivery of the project
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for leading the project team and performance management of the Currie &amp; Brown team
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within established financial systems to independently produce plans and schedules and track and manage budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to review and manage project processes and policies, providing insightful recommendations that support senior management to improve processes and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact effectively and proactively across the organisation, seeking to develop ways to support collaboration and ensure projects can be delivered to meet customer expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise senior management on progress and issues relating to own project, providing subject matter advice in order to support successful delivery in line with project objectives and strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Present any business project risks or issues to senior managers (with proposed mitigation) to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure the delivery of projects to compliant standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise and collaborate with clients and stakeholders, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver aspects of Currie &amp; Brown&rsquo;s vision to their respected project(s)
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management professional certification or accreditation
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven team leader capabilities, behaviours and values
 </li>

 Experience during both pre-contract and post-contract phases
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of industry best practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent contract administration experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders

 Proven ability as a trusted advisor to the client

Senior Project Manager

 Currie &amp; Brown is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai/RAK. You will need experience of working across large scale projects from a supervision / project management perspective as the role will involve working on a high end projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Work within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for delivery of small projects or assist deliver medium and large scale projects, reporting to the project lead
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify project risks or issues and propose mitigation options to the project lead to ensure the project is not adversely impacted
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation and management of the project programme(s)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project management scope deliverables
 </li>

 Manage change control
 </li>

 Manage and monitor project processes and procedures

Overview Currie & Brown are looking for a Project Director with Data Centre experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Roles at this level will direct and manage the delivery of large and complex Data Centre projects, manage relationships with senior stakeholders and provide leadership role to project teams. Responsibilities <ul><li>Accountable for delivery of large scale and complex projects</li><li>Responsible for project definition and delivery</li><li>Lead a large team, setting objectives, managing performance and ensuring that staff have the necessary skills to deliver the project objectives</li><li>Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control and governance mechanisms to assure effective delivery of the project</li><li>Manage multiple consultants and contractors</li><li>Work within established financial systems to independently produce plans and schedules and track and manage budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets</li><li>Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to implement and manage project processes and policies.
