About the role
We&rsquo;re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Head of User Operations and two other executives across the operations function.
This is a high-impact role focused on enabling clarity, efficiency, and execution across a fast-moving User Operations org. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent business writer, and confident enough to actively manage competing priorities across complex calendars and workflows. This person will need to be full time in our SF office.
What you&rsquo;ll do
Calendar &amp; Meeting Management<ul><li>
Own complex scheduling across multiple senior leaders and stakeholders</li><li>
Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure time aligns with business impact</li><li>
Push back when needed to protect focus and optimize leadership bandwidth</li></ul>
Travel &amp; Expenses<ul><li>
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics</li><li>
Manage expenses through Ramp with accuracy and timeliness</li></ul>
Business Writing<ul><li>
Draft, edit, and refine internal communications, presentations, and leadership updates</li><li>
Help leaders articulate strategy, summarize meetings, and drive follow-ups</li><li>
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs and fast-moving discussions</li></ul>
GTM Operating Rhythm Support<ul><li>
Help keep key meetings, planning cycles, and cross-functional touchpoints on track</li><li>
Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure interview days run smoothly and efficiently</li><li>
Support offsite planning for the GTM teams, including venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiations, and travel coordination</li><li>
Oversee event catering and restaurant reservations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver seamless team-building experiences.</li></ul>

About the role</h3>
As a Commercial Account Executive at Cursor, you'll drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with customers and helping them realize the full potential of Cursor for their development teams. You'll cover the full spectrum &mdash; from high velocity fast-growing startups to more complex Mid-Market deals &mdash; adapting your playbook to each.
You'll work closely with engineering organizations to understand their development workflows, demonstrate how Cursor transforms developer productivity, and guide them through evaluation, implementation, and expansion. This role combines technical fluency with sales expertise to help companies reimagine how software gets built with AI.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you'll do</h3><ul><li>
Win new business and drive revenue for Cursor. Find your way to the right people at prospective customers, educate them about AI-powered development, and help them succeed. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first call to close</li><li>
Become a trusted product expert; guide prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts</li><li>
Build and manage a healthy high velocity pipeline, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets</li><li>
Lead multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, and Legal</li><li>
Develop executive relationships and day-to-day champions within each account</li><li>

About the role
As an Account Associate at Cursor, you'll be the tip of the spear for pipeline generation &mdash; the first voice a prospective customer hears and the person who earns their attention before an Account Executive ever gets on a call. You'll work across the full range of our commercial segments, from fast-moving startups to mid-market engineering organizations, identifying the right buyers and creating the conditions for meaningful sales conversations.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to come in. You'll build pipeline from scratch, learn how great engineering teams think, and develop a deep understanding of how Cursor transforms developer productivity. It's the fastest way to learn enterprise sales at one of the most exciting companies in AI.
What you'll do<ul><li>
Generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team through high-volume outbound prospecting &mdash; cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel sequences</li><li>
Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership to identify the right entry points</li><li>
Conduct discovery conversations that go beyond surface-level qualification &mdash; understand how development teams work, what's slowing them down, and where Cursor fits</li><li>
Partner closely with AEs to develop account strategies, hand off opportunities cleanly, and stay looped in as deals progress</li><li>
Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals</li><li>
