About the RoleWe&rsquo;re expanding along the U.S. Seaboard and need a motivated Depot Manager to help grow local sales and manage day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of results. You&rsquo;ll have support from our team and training on our products, but you&rsquo;ll also need the drive to make things happen.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop and maintain customer relationships with contractors, municipalities, and construction companies.</li><li>Promote the rental and sale of road safety equipment such as Barrier Wall Systems, Crash Impact Attenuators, Electronic Sign Boards, Portable Traffic Signals &amp; Auto Flaggers, Crash Trucks, Temporary Condition Signs, etc.</li><li>Prepare quotes and proposals and close deals.</li><li>Coordinate with operations for timely delivery and setup.</li><li>Learn our products and industry trends to become a trusted resource.</li><li>Attend trade shows and client meetings.</li></ul>Why This Role is Right for You<ul><li>Entrepreneurial Environment: You&rsquo;ll help establish our presence in a growing market.</li><li>Training &amp; Support: We&rsquo;ll provide product training and operational backing.</li><li>Career Growth: As we expand, you&rsquo;ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years in B2B sales (construction or safety industry preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and meeting goals.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel locally.</li><li>Basic computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Office).</li></ul>Join us as a Depot Manager (Sales) where your energy fuels our success!
