Our Ballston Spa Location is currently looking to immediately find a Commercial Window Specialist!</div><div></div> 
Responsible for the development and growth of our commercial window business by engaging the architectural and commercial builder communities. Increase market awareness and gain substantial market share within a defined geographic region. This position will coordinate with branch management and sales. 
$24 - $26 per hour, starting rate depending on experience!<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h1>
Sales Growth and Development<ul><li>
Drive and expand our commercial window business by developing strong business relationships with architects and builders</li><li>
Partner with our outside contractor sales and management to grow existing customer&rsquo;s window business, to assist with product conversions, and to develop and open new customers and markets</li><li>
Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle to include specification analysis, proper product identification, bidding, installation</li><li>
Work with architects to drive our product specifications and/or work with customers to recommend alternate products and re-drive specifications with the architects</li><li>
Prepare and deliver on-site educational, product presentations for architects and builders
</li><li>Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities</li><li>
Represent the company at promotional functions and participate in architectural associations and other builder associations</li></ul>
Extensive Sales Knowledge of all window product lines with effective Closing Technique
Other duties may be assigned
