Your Responsibilities:</div><div></div><div>
You will lead and own the development, implementation, and execution of product testing, test processes, and test facilities. Responsibilities include: support design of test facilities, cost estimation, working with contractors, facility maintenance and upgrades.</div><div></div><div>
Salary: $76,200.00 - $127,000.00 per year</div><div>

Your Challenge:</div><ul><li><div>
Development of test plans, specifications, and procedures to support design requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Lead the design, implementation, and operation of test facilities.</div></li><li><div>
Train and provide technical direction to operations personnel in execution of test programs.</div></li><li><div>
Review and analyze test results.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare reports and proposals.</div></li><li><div>
Provide technical support for all aspects of the division's test facilities and programs.</div></li><li><div>
Work on cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.</div></li><li><div>
Participate as a project team member (development or production order).</div></li><li><div>
Understand the customer's requirements for testing the product.</div></li><li><div>
Interface effectively with internal customers (project team personnel).</div></li><li><div>
Work with and manage outside contractor support of test facilities.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What You Bring:</div><ul><li><div>
Minimum education is a Bachelor of Science Degree/Engineering.</div></li><li><div>
5+ years of experience involved with design, testing, or operation of rotating electrical equipment and/or medium voltage drives.</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of instrumentation related to vibration, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic measurements related to product testing.</div></li><li><div>
Experience managing outside contractors is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with test facility construction and commissioning is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to read and understand drawings and single line diagrams.</div></li><li><div>
Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
