Your storytelling will help introduce new modalities with clarity, consent, and brand alignment.The RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes short&#8209;form video, understands the wellness/holistic space, and can translate our in&#8209;studio experiences into scroll&#8209;stopping, brand&#8209;aligned content. You&rsquo;ll plan, capture, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and our Google Business Profile&mdash;building community, driving bookings, and protecting the integrity of our brand voice.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the content calendar: plan weekly themes, shoots, and publish schedules aligned to launches, promos, and seasonal moments.</li><li>Capture and create: film in&#8209;studio (treatments, textures, tools, sanctuary moments), photograph details, and edit into IG Reels/TikToks/carousels.</li><li>Write like CURV: craft captions, hooks, and CTAs that reflect our refined, nurturing voice; proof for clarity and compliance.</li><li>Post on Google Business Profile weekly to support local SEO (offers, new services, elegant before/afters with consent).</li><li>Community care: reply to DMs/comments, support saved replies, escalate booking questions to front desk; nurture creators and UGC.</li><li>Collaborations: coordinate with influencers/creators (gifting, content guidelines, track deliverables) and manage usage rights.</li><li>Analytics &amp; iteration: review performance, trendwatch wellness/beauty formats, and propose monthly experiments.</li><li>Shoot days: pre&#8209;production (shot lists, props) + light direction for models/clients (consent, comfort, modesty).</li><li>Compliance: follow privacy, consent and HIPAA&#8209;adjacent best practices; protect proprietary techniques and brand standards.</li></ul>Expansion&#8209;Specific Content<ul><li>Launch campaigns for new modalities and practices we will be offering.</li><li>Educational micro&#8209;series (e.g., &ldquo;What is lymphatic drainage?&rdquo;)</li><li>Practitioner features/spotlights; class promos; ritual reels and ingredient spotlights.</li></ul>Must&#8209;Haves<ul><li>2+ years managing social for a beauty/wellness brand, spa, or studio (agency or in&#8209;house).</li><li>Portfolio of short&#8209;form video (IG Reels/TikTok) you planned, shot, and edited.</li><li>Confident with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or Final Cut; Canva or Adobe for graphics.</li><li>Strong aesthetic eye (lighting, composition, pacing) and excellent micro&#8209;copy skills.</li><li>Comfort filming on iPhone (or similar), mic&rsquo;ing, basic color and audio cleanup.</li><li>Available on&#8209;site in Scottsdale 2&ndash;3 times/week for content capture; occasional evenings/weekends for launches.</li></ul>Nice&#8209;to&#8209;Haves<ul><li>Experience with Meta Ads (boosting, basic audiences) and UTM tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of Google Business Profile posting and local SEO basics.</li><li>Familiarity with spa scheduling platforms (e.g., Boulevard) and intake workflows.</li><li>Basic photo retouching; understanding of consent forms/model releases.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio/links to IG/TikTok handles and 3&ndash;5 best Reels/TikToks you personally shot/edited</li><li>1 paragraph on how you&rsquo;d evolve CURV&rsquo;s aesthetic while honoring our tone</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
