Position Salary Range*
The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 to $168,000 annually.
Required Qualifications**<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering</li><li>
15+ years of relevant experience in a wide range of project types</li><li>
Licensed Professional Engineer</li></ul>

Position Responsibilities***<ul><li>
Ability to Utilize Autodesk MEP Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Outlook, and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Deep understanding of various systems, including their advantages, disadvantages, costs, and efficiencies</li><li>
Lead project interviews, prepare fee proposals, and negotiate contracts</li><li>
Drive business development by identifying market opportunities and participating in firm-wide project interviews</li><li>
Serve as Engineer-in-responsible-charge, making technical decisions, reviewing, stamping, and signing Construction Documents</li><li>
Schedule project workloads, represent Cushing Terrell in meetings, and assist in strategy sessions</li><li>
Review drawings and provide feedback to the project team</li><li>
Direct activities of workers and consultants preparing drawings and specifications</li><li>
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining strong client relationships</li><li>
Execute supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining team members, addressing complaints, and resolving issues</li><li>
Provide leadership, communication, training, mentorship, continuous assignments, and feedback to team members</li><li>
Act as a resource/advisor for continuing education topics/needs</li><li>
Engage actively in professional development</li></ul>

Things to Note<ul><li>Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate&rsquo;s years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.</li></ul>
