JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle: Sourcing Engineer &ndash; PrecisionLocation: BangaloreRole Overview:The Sourcing Engineer &ndash; Precision is responsible for identifying capable vendors for specificprojects, thoroughly understanding RFQs, and determining the capabilities needed. This roleinvolves finding the most economically feasible supply chain solutions encompassing rawmaterials, manufacturing, finishing, and logistics.Key Responsibilities:1. Vendor Identification: Identify and evaluate potential vendors capable of meetingproject requirements.2. RFQ Management: Understand and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) toensure alignment with project specifications and capabilities.3. Supply Chain Optimization: Determine the most economically feasible supplychain, covering raw material procurement, manufacturing, finishing processes, andlogistics.4. Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships withvendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Skills and Expertise Required:1. Manufacturing Ecosystem Knowledge: In-depth understanding of themanufacturing ecosystem in India.2. Product Development Understanding: Strong knowledge of product developmentprocesses and requirements.3. Vendor Relationship Management: Expertise in managing and nurturing vendorrelationships to meet company standards.Qualifications and Skills:1. Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial andProduction Engineering, or a related field.2. Experience: 7+ years of Proven experience in the manufacturing field.3. Skillset:o Excellent communication and organizational skills.o Strong multi-tasking abilities.o Proficiency in planning, management, and leadership.o Ability to define and implement effective processes and strategies.o Proficiency in office software.o Language proficiency in Hindi and English (preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
