HVAC Service Technician (Hourly + Commission)We&rsquo;re looking for a service technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems correctly and helping customers make informed decisions.This position offers hourly pay plus commission. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can thoroughly evaluate HVAC systems, clearly communicate findings, and recommend the right solutions for the customer.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups</li><li>Present repair and replacement options in a clear, honest way</li><li>Perform service and repairs with attention to detail</li><li>Document work properly using ServiceTitan (preferred, not required)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Solid diagnostic ability (airflow, charge, system performance)</li><li>Good communication with customers</li><li>Team-oriented mindset</li></ul>Pay &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Hourly pay plus commission</li><li>On-call rotation</li></ul>About UsWe&rsquo;re a small, growing company focused on doing quality work and building a strong team.
