What You&rsquo;ll Do:</h3><ul><li>
Install residential HVAC equipment and accessories</li><li>
Crawl in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors</li><li>
Educate customers on equipment, accessories, and maintenance</li><li>
Communicate professionally and politely with customers</li><li>
Train and mentor junior team members</li><li>
Follow local codes and safety standards</li><li>
Learn and perform start-up and testing procedures for installed equipment</li><li>
Braze, size, and run piping per manufacturer specifications</li><li>
Stay current with new technology and industry products</li><li>
Represent the company with professionalism, knowledge, and a positive attitude</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience</li><li>
EPA Type II Certification (required)</li><li>
Honest, dependable, and takes pride in workmanship</li><li>
Ability to lift 50&ndash;100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl in small spaces, and climb ladders</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and safe driving record (recent DMV report required)</li><li>
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check</li></ul>
