Job OverviewAll leads provided, and we enjoy a high closing rate.Full bath remodels, or partial renovationsWe have 22 full time workers to control the quality of the bath renovationsNo hard sell, this is more of a design job than a &ldquo;sales&rdquo; jobWe will train the right personWe carry many brands of grout free shower wall systems (not plastic like some franchises), we also do tiled showers, tiled floors, luxury vinyl flooring, vanities in many painted colors or natural stainsWomen and minorities are encouraged to apply if you have some talent for design and have some basic knowledge of construction, basic plumbing, etc.You will run leads in Metro west, greater Framingham areas, and towns north up to the NH border; and Worcester countyAverage appointment takes 3 hours as you&rsquo;ll be typing the quote on Excel while at the customer&lsquo;s homeRequirements<ul><li>Must have out going personality</li><li>Have good taste in home design, colors, bathroom functionality</li><li>you maybe have done your own bath or kitchen renovation so you&rsquo;re aware of the procedures to result in a beautiful new bathroom</li><li>Our average bath job is $ 16K thru $ 45K</li><li>Some basic construction knowledge is helpful</li><li>Clean driving record and reliable transportation</li><li>Paid training is provided by us</li><li>Must have a personal computer or ipad with keyboard, and be familiar with Excel or Google Docs</li></ul>We have many products for you to sell to create a gorgeous new bathroom at a fair price.We also offer financing.All our design reps earn over $ 100KTotally flex time, all leads provided.
