<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Representative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports our Field Representatives by streamlining job preparation and documentation, enabling our team to focus on strategic growth and new challenges. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Cross-Department Communication: Serve as a liaison between production departments to ensure smooth project progression and timely issue resolution.</li><li>
Quality Control: Maintain high standards in technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li><li>
Problem Solving: Collaborate with Field Representatives to address design changes, documentation discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts.</li><li>
Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project records including blueprints, reports, and updates.</li><li>
Drafting Support: Assist in compiling technical documents with key project details and support CAD Technicians as needed.</li><li>
Data Reporting: Create and manage reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to track project metrics and support production teams.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI experience is a plus.</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
Basic drafting or CAD experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Prior experience in construction or technical documentation is a bonus.</li></ul>
