Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.</li>
<li>Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and equipment.</li>
<li>Inspect and assess completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.</li>
<li>Assist in the training of new team members as needed.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.</li>
</ul>
