We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to help drive productivity and precision across our operations. In this role, you&rsquo;ll set up and operate a variety of CNC machines according to blueprints and work orders, perform detailed quality inspections, and monitor production output to ensure efficiency and consistency. Using pre-programmed software, you&rsquo;ll control and optimize the movement of tools and machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications.

Location: We are conveniently located in Oakland, FL, 23 minutes from Orlando.
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Design and fabricate fixtures and workholding devices as needed.</li><li>
Program and operate CNC mills and lathes using G-code, Mastercam, and SolidWorks with FANUC controls.</li><li>
Set up machines by selecting, aligning, and securing fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.</li><li>
Calculate and adjust machine settings, including spindle position, cutting depth, speed, feed rates, and coolant flow.</li><li>
Monitor machining processes and stop equipment as needed to change tools, adjust setups, or verify part dimensions against blueprints and work orders.</li><li>
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.</li><li>
Accurately track jobs and part data within the SAP system.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all quality standards, ISO requirements, and OSHA safety regulations.</li><li>
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping expectations.</li><li>
Prioritize and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.</li><li>
Support team operations and perform additional duties as needed.</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience machining a wide range of materials.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of CNC programming experience.</li><li>
Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.</li><li>
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.</li><li>
Capable of standing for extended periods.</li><li>
Strong commitment to safety and quality.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Highly organized, analytical, and detail oriented.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Basic computer and math skills.</li><li>
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>
Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and pride in workmanship.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist/programmer.</li><li>
Experience with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM.</li><li>
Familiarity with Mitsubishi controls.</li><li>
Mastercam certification.</li><li>
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
