We&rsquo;re looking for a senior-level, hands-on Social Media Manager &amp; Creative Ad Strategist to own our brand presence, content strategy, and paid advertising efforts across digital platforms.This role is not entry-level. We are specifically seeking someone with 5+ years of real, professional experience managing social media, creative strategy, and ad campaigns for established brands or businesses &mdash; no internships or junior-only backgrounds.Content Creation &amp; Social Media Management (Core Focus)<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest</li><li>Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (required)</li><li>Design supporting graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools</li><li>Own and manage content calendars with a focus on brand awareness, engagement, and lead support</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on reach, engagement, and conversions</li><li>Actively engage with followers, comments, and related accounts to increase visibility and brand authority</li><li>Capture, organize, and showcase 5-star reviews, testimonials, and project highlights</li><li>Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns aligned with company goals and seasonal promotions</li><li>Write and assist with blog posts and supporting written content as needed</li></ul>Brand Strategy, Advertising &amp; Growth Initiatives (core focus)<ul><li>Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms</li><li>Build and execute brand awareness and promotional campaigns (organic + paid)</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ad campaigns</li><li>Analyze competitors&rsquo; digital presence, ad strategies, and messaging to identify opportunities</li><li>Identify and target key customer audiences with platform-specific strategies</li><li>Track results, report insights, and make data-driven recommendations</li><li>Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices</li></ul>Influencer, Podcast &amp; Collaboration Support<ul><li>Identify and collaborate with local influencers, creators, and community partners</li><li>Support podcast-related content including recording, editing, clipping, and promotion</li><li>Manage your own workflow, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams</li></ul>Web, SEO &amp; Analytics (Preferred, Not Required)<ul><li>Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, or similar</li><li>Basic understanding of keyword research, local SEO, and performance tracking is a plus</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of professional experience managing social media, creative content, and digital marketing for a brand or business (no internships)</li><li>Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns</li><li>Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (required)</li><li>Strong visual storytelling ability and creative judgment</li><li>Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools (Metricool, Meta Business Suite, etc.)</li><li>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>creative strategy: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
