Company Overview: Customer Impact is a retail services company that partners with distribution centers and retailers to improve in-store merchandising and product presentation.Job Summary: We are hiring dependable merchandisers for temporary, project-based work involving cooler resets at convenience stores. This role includes rearranging shelves, organizing products according to a provided planogram, and ensuring displays meet visual and organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Travel to assigned convenience stores within approximately a 40-mile radius of a designated distribution center.</li><li>Adjust cooler shelving and product placement to match planogram specifications.</li><li>Organize and stock products to ensure visual consistency and accessibility.</li><li>Use a mobile app to submit photos and brief reports after each reset.</li><li>Maintain a clean, professional, and organized display environment.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Typical hours: 6:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM (may vary slightly between 7:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM)</li><li>Work is scheduled on an as-needed basis and may vary weekly depending on project availability.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to lift 10&ndash;40 lbs and work in cold environments.</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel to store locations.</li><li>Smartphone with internet access for app-based reporting.</li><li>Previous merchandising or reset experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Job Types: Temporary, ContractPay: $350.00 - $700.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have reliable transportation?</li><li>Do you have availability Monday - Friday, from approx. 6am-2pm?</li><li>Why are you interested in this type of contract work?
