A fun place to work and believe in giving full ownership to peopleAbout the Role:We are seeking a results-driven, detail-obsessed Performance Marketer to lead our paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and LinkedIn, focused on promoting international education programs to global student audiences.This is a high-impact role for someone who not only thrives on campaign performance but also takes end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate has fluent English communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how international students discover and choose their education paths.Key Responsibilities:&#9989; Campaign Ownership &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns targeting prospective international students across Meta and LinkedIn.</li><li>Own every aspect of the campaign lifecycle&mdash;from targeting and creative briefing to tracking and daily optimization.</li><li>Localize messaging and audience strategies for different regions (e.g., India, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East).</li></ul>&#9989; Audience Targeting &amp; Messaging<ul><li>Build precise audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data to reach high-intent students.</li><li>Craft campaign strategies aligned with country-specific admissions cycles, course trends, and student motivations.</li><li>Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand ad copy and visuals with cultural nuance.</li></ul>&#9989; Performance Optimization<ul><li>Optimize campaigns in real time for KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and lead-to-application conversion rates.</li><li>Conduct rigorous A/B tests on creative formats, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.Use detailed reporting to identify underperformance early and act swiftly.</li></ul>&#9989; Flawless Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Set up and maintain ad tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters, and event tracking.</li><li>Deliver clear, structured performance reports weekly and monthly&mdash;with insights, not just data.</li><li>Communicate campaign results and learnings clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>&#9989; Budget &amp; Growth Management<ul><li>Manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets with discipline and ROI focus.</li><li>Spot opportunities for scaling campaigns in high-performing geographies and courses.</li><li>Proactively identify gaps or friction in the student funnel and suggest paid media solutions.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn for B2C audiences.</li><li>Prior experience in international education, edtech, or student recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be crafting and reviewing copy that resonates globally.</li><li>Strong attention to detail&mdash;your campaigns are always clean, consistent, and accurately tracked.</li><li>Deep understanding of performance metrics, digital funnels, and campaign attribution.</li><li>A go-getter mindset&mdash;self-driven, accountable, and eager to improve results without needing direction.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience working with multi-region or multilingual campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or any CRM.</li><li>Meta Blueprint or LinkedIn Ads certification.</li><li>Experience running campaigns for UK, US, Canada, Ireland, or Australia-bound student cohorts.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join us? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
